The beds were exceptionally comfortable. the room had a safe, TV set, and a microwave oven. - the hotel was at a moderate distance from Portal Lyon Shopping Mall, which was perfect for our visit. My stay at Apart Hotel Cambiaso in Santiago for a business trip was lovely. the beds were so comfy, and the room had everything I needed like a safe, TV, and microwave. the location was fantastic as it wasn't too far from Portal Lyon Shopping Mall, where I had to go. Everything was just spot on.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was not far from many good bars, restaurants, subway station around the corner, Falabella and Paris stores and the Hop on, Hop off bus stop and convenience stores, coffee shops, restaurants and Metro station. Had nice dainties at Cafe Marisol, located near the venue.
Well, internet was terrible.

Location was good. They have a parking place that cost only U$5,00 per day. Recepcion was helpful and the booking process was organized. Unlike other aparthotels I have stayed in Santiago, this one actually have a recepcion, that works like a hotel. Shower had a good pressure, bed was comfortable, the room was clean.
The room was very small, Ok for 1 night, but wouldn´t like to stay there longer. Furniture and wall paintings were old, not well cared.

The hotel was centrally located and close to a money exchange, shops, restaurants and the metro.
One of the elevators broke down. There was a daily charge for the use of the gym.

the room was completely clean, had AC which is completely wonderful for a hot summer in Santiago, balcony was great. kitchen and all the appliance working. I asked for a smoker room, but it didn't had the "bad smell" as other rooms where I have been. the view and everything around was amazing, restaurants, shopping, everything right out at the door. And they had a nice stereo system @ the room.. i love it!
someone knock at my door at 9 am and when i was on the way walking to the door she already opened... "just to check". I didn't like that.. no privacy

Able to cook own food. Good location for conference and metro. Food stores nearby were open late.
The elevators took a long time. Had to plan at least 5 minutes or more to arrive at ground floor to meet colleagues.
